We acknowledge that accidents can and still do happen.

We review our equipment on a daily basis and it is also inspected by a third party who issue a certificate. We have rules, and safety procedures to make our parks as safe as possible.

Our highly trained staff monitor our park and its elements at all times to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Our staff are First Aid trained. We also encourage our customer to watch the  safety briefing video which ALL CUSTOMERS must watch before they enter the arena. Follow our safety rules and the chances of injury are even less.

No it's not necessary. Despite the fact that our arenas are large and packed with wall-to-wall attractions, we may get quite busy and frequently sell out, so we strongly advise you to book online to guarantee your place and not miss out on the fun.

Air Maniax socks must be worn by all jumpers for both safety and hygiene reasons. Air Maniax  socks have been specially designed to increase grip on our inflatable areas, reducing the risk of injury. The cost of a pair of socks is included within the ticket price (exception applies to carers). Once purchased, they are yours to keep. We do not accept other parks’ socks.
